1. Duration	All the products included in this general catalogue are covered by a 10-year warranty against any manufacturing defect, except in the following cases: 1. Any product that, at the client's request, is supplied by ATP without any of the components built in by default (e.g., IP68 connector). Products supplied in this way shall be guaranteed for two years (2) only. 2. Any component from other manufacturers built into ATP Lighting products at the client's request, such as remote management nodes. These components shall be covered by the warranty offered by the corresponding supplying manufacturers.
2. Scope:	1. The warranty involves repair or replacement of defective materials by ATP. 2. ATP shall replace or repair exclusively the defective materials and shall not cover any other additional expenses or costs, such as transport, assembly, disassembly, etc.
3. Exclusions:	1. Any product that has been handled improperly or by unqualified personnel or without ATP's written authorisation is excluded from any warranty. Furthermore, any luminaires that have had the IP68 connector removed, or products that have not been wired, installed and/or powered in accordance with the electrical ratings, operating ranges and environmental conditions reflected in ATP's technical specifications and application guidelines, as well as following IEC standards or any other documentation issued or provided by ATP and supplied with the product, shall not be covered by warranty. 2. Damage or malfunctions resulting from power supply conditions, such as voltage spikes outside the ranges supported by ATP, overvoltage, undervoltage and voltage waves outside the limits specified for the product and those defined by the relevant supplier, or contrary to acceptable power supply standards, are not covered by the warranty. 3. Products that have suffered damages or impacts due to accidents during transport or installation, resulting in malfunctioning, are also excluded from the warranty. In all cases, ATP's liability for any claim made under this warranty shall not exceed the amount of the total payment made by the client for the products affected. Furthermore, the client shall not be entitled to claim payment deferral, price reduction or termination of the supply contract, if any. No employee, agent or distributor is authorised to alter, modify or extend the warranty terms and conditions on behalf of ATP. In any case, within the warranty period, no part or product may be disposed of before ATP gives its written authorisation. Likewise, the parts or products which are the subject of a claim shall become the property of ATP as soon as they are replaced. The warranty period for a replaced or repaired part or product shall be the remaining warranty period for the product or part that is the subject of the claim. Alumbrado Técnico Público, S.A. reserves the right to make any changes to the construction of its products without prior notice.
